On 5 May, the ‘Ekin Day’ took place, the central event of Álava Emprende organised by the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council, the Provincial Council of Álava and the Basque Government, through the SPRI Group and BIC Araba, and Fundación Vital Fundazioa.

i + Med, a refrence for its great commitment to innovation within the pharmaceutical sector, awarded the first prize for the best initiative in the field of health to Lan Ekin, for its project idea for a continuous and stable support service for the social and occupational integration of people with ASD and Asperger’s Syndrome.

For i+Med it was an honour to participate in the annual awards ceremony that recognises the trajectory of successful entrepreneurial projects that generate wealth in the territory of Álava. Manu Muñoz, CEO of i+Med, awarded Lan Ekin with the diploma and with a prize of 1,000 euros.

Manu Muñoz was the first interviewee of “Dialogues of the future”, a format launched in 2021 by Álava Emprende, with the idea of bringing together conversations with entrepreneurs within the business fabric of Alava.
