Every two years the Governing Council of the Cooperative is partially renewed giving entrance to new representatives.
The Governing Council is the most important organ of the Cooperative since it is the representation of the cooperative members and its responsibility is to supervise the management of the cooperative and represent it before third parties such as in social events etc.
Currently, the Governing Council of ¡+Med is composed of 5 members: Manu Muñoz, Iñaki López, Mónica Ordoñana and the two new incorporations; Oihane Gartziandia and Sandra Benito.
Thus, the current Governing Council now has 60% female representation and representation from both technical and administrative areas and departments.
This body has a four-year term of office and is partially renewed every two years.
After the General Assembly held on June 26th, Oihane and Sandra take up their new position with great enthusiasm and excitement.
